What happens if I need a product exchanged or returned?
Delivery Policy
Daily Boxes
Delivery times are set by Hills Harvest in conjunction with you the customer. Delivery of daily boxes normally takes place within a 24 hour window.
Subscription Boxes
Delivery of subscription boxes occurs within 3-5days AFTER your re-occurring payment has cleared.
Delivery dates are set by Hills Harvest and confirmed by you the customer.
Special order.
Items ordered with the special order banner are delivered within 24 hours, this does not include subscription boxes at all or special ordered flowers after 11am.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to health and safety we do not accept returns.
We will give a replacement to products to be found that are of sub standard (including cracked, moldy or inedible.
Refunds due to change of mind or change of plan are not accepted.
